Provisional Bookings & Payments Terms
All reservations can be made by email or phone and are only confirmed upon receipt of a booking voucher. Upon confirmation of a booking 30% deposit will be payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A confirmation voucher will only be issued once full payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be honoured if made in writing and acknowledgement received from our Reservations office. Bookings cancelled or reduced in number between the following days from noon of the accommodation or flight date are charged as indicated:
- 90 days and above – free cancellation
- 60 days or more – 25% cancellation charges
- 45 days – 50% cancellation charges
- 44 days to 31 days – 75% cancellation charge
- 30 days – arrival 100% cancellation charge
